About

Toni holds a degree in Construction Management and is currently pursuing degrees in Technology Management and Environmental Science with the goal of reshaping how we think about homebuilding, construction, and the energy sector. She's dedicated to quality craftsmanship, cost reduction, and focusing on ROIs designing homes that will save you in the long-run. She began her career working in the field and was hired into management with one of the only builders in Michigan producing solely net-zero homes. Her mentor was the late Stewart Elliott who dedicated his life to environmental conservation through sustainable construction and design. This semester, Toni is also working as a teaching assistant at Washtenaw Community College alongside Department Head, Matt Hagood for the residential framing course.

Her passion lies in practicing building science and reducing energy demand, while ensuring seamless project execution. She advocates for challenging the status quo on building code and public policy which can inhibit the land owner from building to their needs. She cherishes collaborative efforts amongst both clients and industry experts.
